Results of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Comprehensive Compliance Inspection

S.S. Water Supply Corporation underwent a Comprehensive Compliance Inspection by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on November 20, 2019.  The TCEQ is the regulatory entity within the state of Texas charged with enforcing federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state water rules and regulations.  We received onsite results with the written findings of that inspection on January 17th., and I am very pleased to report that the Corporation received NO violations, with only a few minor issues that were...
